The service is geographically available in the 48 contiguous states with billing increments of six-second billing for domestic calls and first 30-second and then six-second billing for international calls.

Telegroup’s Toll-Free is an inbound toll-free product. Great for business, calls can be received from the 48 contiguous states at a base rate, from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands at a premium of 5 cents per minute above the base rate of 29 cents per minute.

Unlike callback, customers do not have to hang up when placing a long distance call, giving transparent access to our service.

Prepaid and Postpaid Global Access Callback

Global Access Callback is a “dial-back” service which lets customers make calls anywhere in the world at U.S. rates. The savings can be spectacular—as much as 73% when compared to intercontinental rates of foreign telephone companies. This service is available in almost every country in the world and can be either postpaid or prepaid. Global Access Callback is the perfect service for most mobile phone users in Europe.

Postpaid Global Access Travel Cards

Postpaid Global Access Travel Cards combine enhanced features and world-class quality with international origination from approximately 45 countries. They also offer exceptional rates with no service or access fees. Pay phone surcharges may apply.

Calls made with a Postpaid Global Access Travel Card will be billed on a Telegroup invoice and sent monthly. There are no monthly fees or minimums. In only two to three business days, a welcome letter is mailed to a new customer with his or her monthly credit limit, Personal Identification Number (PIN) and calling instructions.

Prepaid Global Access Travel Cards

Prepaid Global Access Travel Cards are the easiest and most cost-effective way to make calls anywhere in the world. Since they are prepaid, customers never need coins or have to worry about a monthly bill. New Prepaid Global Access Travel Card customers receive their PIN at the time of purchase.
